4. User Content and Data

Biodata Maker operates completely offline. All content you create, including personal information, photographs, and biodata data ("User Content"), is stored locally on your device.

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content
We do not access, collect, or store your User Content on our servers
You are responsible for backing up your data

5. Intellectual Property

The Biodata Maker App, including its design, features, templates, and functionality, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

The App and its original content are owned by Biodata Maker
Templates and designs provided in the App are for your use within the App
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without permission
Your User Content remains your property

6. Free Service

Biodata Maker is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the App at any time
Add premium features in the future (with clear notification)
Update the App with new features or improvements

7. No Warranties

Biodata Maker is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
All features will work on all devices
The App will meet your specific requirements
PDF exports will be compatible with all systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biodata Maker and its developers shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Since the App operates offline and stores data locally, you are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or other circumstances.

14. Device Compatibility

Biodata Maker is designed to work on compatible mobile devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with:

All device models or operating system versions
Devices with limited storage or processing power
Modified or rooted devices

15. Export and Sharing

When you export and share your biodata PDF:

You are responsible for the content you share
You must ensure you have the right to share any included information
You must comply with applicable laws regarding personal data sharing
We are not responsible for how recipients use your shared biodata

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
